We offer different packages and prices based on the size of your team and the frequency of our monthly visits.
In a short meeting, we assess your needs and make you a tailored proposal.

Our corporate massage service prices include service fees, travel expenses, mats, and VAT. We also accommodate withholding tax. Please note that the cost for transporting massage chairs is not included and will vary based on logistics expenses.

Suitable service durations for corporate massages are 15, 30, or 60 minutes per person, which can be adjusted based on the number of participants. For example, if you have a large team, we recommend booking 15-minute sessions per person. In one hour, a single therapist can provide massages for 4 people. However, if you opt for 30-minute sessions, a therapist can only massage 2 people an hour.

To enjoy the possible health benefits, we would recommend a minimum of 2 visit per month.

All RLAX providers are certified, professionally trained, and thoroughly vetted to meet hospitality service standards.

They have to undergo an internal onboarding process, which includes training aligned with Thai Oasis Spa School and other industry-recognised standards.

Our Quality Control team also conducts ongoing assessments to ensure consistent service quality.

Our massage chair is expertly designed for effective treatment of the neck, shoulders, and office syndrome. It allows users to straddle the chair and lean forward, giving the therapist better access and leverage compared to a standard upright chair.

The service fee includes transportation, face sheets, and cleaning supplies.

Yes, you may. We completely understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you inform us three days before the scheduled date, you can reschedule your appointment at no extra cost. Additionally, your credit will remain valid for up to 3 months.

By choosing RLAX, your therapist will bring everything needed for the perfect spa-quality corporate massage.

Your therapist will bring a massage chair and everything else required. For a more seamless experience, we would suggest that you prepare a clean, dedicated space of about 1.5m x 1m for the office chair massage.

To ensure a smooth and organized corporate massage experience, event organizers can create a schedule and allow employees or attendees to sign up in advance. While we do not currently offer on-site registration or queue management services, we are happy to provide guidance on setting up the schedule.

For your convenience, no oils or balms are used during office massages since the same therapist massages multiple individuals.

If you choose our chair massage service, therapists will clean the chair with alcohol wipes and change the face sheet before each individual.

For mat massages, we provide only one set of massage mats; however, we will ensure that the face sheet is changed for each individual.
